The car

Paint decontaminated, sealed and left with depth. Interior vacuumed, steamed and wiped down to the vents. It smells like nothing, which is the point.

The concrete

Surface-cleaned at the right pressure so it lifts the algae, oil shadow and red clay without etching lines into your slab. Pavers and stone soft-washed instead.

The bins

Pressure-washed at 200°F, deodorised and sanitised curbside. Every drop of the dirty water is captured in our tank, never left on your driveway or in the storm drain.

Questions

Before you book.

When do you launch?

We're opening area by area across the Triangle rather than all at once, and the waitlist decides the order. Join it and you'll hear from us before we take bookings publicly in your town.

Does joining cost anything?

No. There's no deposit and no card involved. You're telling us what you'd want and where you are, and we're telling you what it will cost. Nothing is booked until you say so.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most of our work happens while people are at the office. We just need access to the driveway and, for bin cleaning, the bins left out. You'll get photos when we're done.

Do you use my water or power?

Never. Every truck carries its own tank and generator, so nothing is drawn from your home and nothing shows up on your utility bill.

Is pressure washing safe for my concrete?

Done properly, yes. We use a rotating flat-surface cleaner rather than a bare wand, which keeps the pressure even and avoids the zebra striping you see on badly washed driveways. Pavers, stone and siding get a low-pressure soft wash with detergent instead.

What happens to the dirty water?

It's collected in a reclamation tank and disposed of at an approved site. Nothing goes into your lawn, your beds or the storm drain, which also happens to be what Triangle municipalities require.

What if it rains?

We'll message you the evening before and move you to the next available slot at no cost. Light rain is usually fine for exterior washing; we won't detail an interior in a downpour.

How long does it take?

A Refresh detail is about two hours, a Signature about four. A standard driveway runs 60–90 minutes and bins take a few minutes each. All thr3 is roughly half a day.

How do I pay?

Card or bank transfer after the job is finished and you've seen the photos. There's no deposit and no charge to cancel with 24 hours' notice.

Do you serve my area?

We cover the Triangle: Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary and the towns around them. If your address falls just outside, join anyway and say so; the list is how we decide where to stretch.

Can you handle a whole community?

Yes. Shared driveways, sidewalks, bin corrals and amenity areas on a standing schedule, with a COI on file and one monthly invoice. Start with a walkthrough in the commercial section above.
